DOVER, N.H., Oct. 14, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FBC Holding (OTCBB:FBCD) is pleased to announce that the company has secured two million dollars in a preferred equity financing with Wearology Limited USA. The equity shall be purchased through preferred stock; the price will be determined based on individual tranche notices that the company submits to Wearology.
