Cardtronics to Operate ATMs for 24 Pump & Pantry Locations

HOUSTON, Oct. 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bosselman Inc., a leading owner and operator of convenience stores and travel centers throughout the Midwest, and Cardtronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATM) have reached an agreement for Cardtronics to provide ATM services at 24 of Bosselman's 42 Pump & Pantry convenience stores. Located in Nebraska, the Pump & Pantry stores provide consumers with a wide range of convenience products and services.

Under terms of the deal, Bosselman will own and maintain the 24 ATMs, which are being purchased from Cardtronics, while Cardtronics will provide ATM Managed Services, including transaction processing through its company-owned processing network.
