SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 3, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- YesDTC Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:YESD), a direct-to-consumer global distributor and marketer of consumer goods and products, today announced the termination of its Japanese distribution contract for the distribution of medical devices. YesDTC sought this termination in order to concentrate on larger revenue-producing opportunities in North America, Europe and China.

"Considering all of the other potentially very lucrative marketing programs we have recently launched, or are planning to launch over the near-term, the substantial time and monetary commitments involved with further pursuit of the Japanese market simply do not make sense for YesDTC or its shareholders," commented Joseph Noel, CEO of YesDTC. "As we announced earlier this week, YesDTC has acquired some valuable rights to the WordSmart product line and infomercial hosted by Alex Trebek.   From this single product, we are planning to produce a minimum of $12 million of revenue over the next 12 months. We also recently launched marketing campaigns for SimplyMusicÔ and MediPendantÔ and we are planning on several other important product launches over the next two quarters, including the PureSleepÔ anti-snoring device. In addition to these products already in our pipeline, we are also currently seeking to acquire another ongoing marketing program that has also produced millions of dollars in high margin revenues each year. Considering all of these growth opportunities, we have decided to terminate our current Japanese distribution contract for medical devices."
