NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Irvine Sensors Corporation. Irvine Sensors Corporation's stock was suspended on September 13, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Irvine Sensors Corporation. Irvine Sensors Corporation's stock was suspended on September 13, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of MACC Private Equities Inc. MACC Private Equities Inc.'s stock was suspended on September 15, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of TerreStar Corporation. TerreStar Corporation's stock was suspended on October 29, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
