WOBURN, Mass., Nov. 5, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LogMeIn, Inc. (Nasdaq:LOGM), a provider of SaaS-based, remote-connectivity solutions, today issued a statement announcing its intent to vigorously defend the claims of patent infringement made by Gemini IP LLC. The action was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on November 3, 2010, and names LogMeIn as a defendant. The complaint seeks damages in an unspecified amount and injunctive relief.
