(NYSE Amex:VRNG), a provider of video ringtones and personalization solutions for mobile devices, today announced that it has appointed Eshed Doni to fill the role of Vice President Product, where he will be responsible for leading the product team and Vringo product efforts.

Doni has over 10 years of mobile solutions experience including product management, business development, marketing and sales. He most recently managed business development and marketing for eyeSight Mobile Technologies, a leader in futuristic touch-free interfaces for portable devices. Prior to that, he co-founded Send-M, a provider of mobile social messaging solutions, where he served as co-CEO. He also founded App2Go, a developer and provider of mobile solutions that was acquired by Mail-Bit. Doni holds an MBA from the Technion and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
