On Nov. 9, Michael Bushman, Division Vice President, Global Policy and Stakeholder Engagement, will address the Baird Industrial Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago at 1:20 p.m. CST (2:20 p.m. EST).

On Nov. 17, Mary Kay Kaufmann, Group Vice President, Commercial Operations Water and Process Services Americas and Chief Marketing Officer, will address the Citi North American Credit Conference at 7:30 a.m. EST at the Crown Plaza Times Square in New York. She will also speak at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Credit Conference at 2:00 p.m. EST at the Marriott Marquis.

The Bank of America Merrill Lynch presentation will be available via webcast on the Investor Relations portion of the Company's website at www.nalco.com/investors. Participants are advised to log on to the event 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
