WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 10, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:WSFS), the parent company of WSFS Bank, today announced the hire of Robert E. Lore, James A. Gise, Andrew Bianchino and Martin B. Carlino.  Mr. Lore, Mr. Gise and Mr. Bianchino will serve as Vice Presidents of Commercial Banking, and Mr. Carlino has joined the bank as a Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Lore joins WSFS with over 25 years of commercial lending experience. Previously he worked for Wilmington Trust Company as Vice President, Middle Market Loan Officer, and prior to that, Mr. Lore was at Sussex Trust Company in various lending roles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware and from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is currently a member of the Lewes/Rehoboth Rotary Club Board and the past President and active member of the Lewes Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Georgetown, Delaware.

Mr. Gise was previously at Wells Fargo Bank and predecessors for 24 years serving in many capacities, most recently as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University. Mr. Gise currently serves on the Board of Communities in Schools where he is Treasurer and was immediate past President of the Board of the First State Community Loan Fund. He resides in Wilmington, Delaware.

Mr. Bianchino has more than 15 years of experience working with businesses in the Delaware Valley. Previously he worked for Wilmington Trust Company as Vice President of Commercial Lending. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Mr. Bianchino is a chair member of the Annual Dinner and Finance Committee for the Delaware Contractors Association and was President of the Young Executives Committee of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Bianchino is a resident of Wilmington, Delaware.

Mr. Carlino was previously at Wilmington Trust Company for six years as a Commercial Credit Analyst and most recently as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, he was a Residential Mortgage Lender at Wells Fargo Bank.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Susquehanna University and will be graduating spring 2011 from Wilmington University with a Master in Business Administration in Finance. Mr. Carlino is currently a member of the Delaware Contractors Association and New Castle Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the board of the New Castle County Head Start and serves on its finance committee. Mr. Carlino is a resident of Wilmington, Delaware.
