Grain futures traded flat or lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery slid 9 cents to $6.95 a bushel; December corn dropped 13 cents to $5.51 a bushel; December oats were flat at $3.585 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery tumbled 34 cents to $13.05 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle dipped 0.20 cent to 98.85 cents a pound; January feeder cattle added 0.05 cent to $1.1512 a pound; December lean hogs slid 0.37 cent to 68.75 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were unchanged at $1.0450 a pound.
