Restaurant operator P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. said Friday that board member Kenneth May has resigned.
The company said that May has left the board due to his appointment as president of ES3, a logistics provider for grocery distributors.
May had been a board member since 2007.
Shares fell $1.21 or 2.5 percent to $47.92 on Friday.
