Week of Nov. 15

Aeroflex Holding Corp. - Plainview, N.Y., 17.25 million shares, priced $13.50 to $15.50 each, managed by Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol ARX. Business: Provider of radio frequency and microwave integrated circuits, components and systems for wireless communication systems.

Anacor Pharmaceuticals Inc. - Palo Alto, Calif., 4.7 million shares, priced $16 to $18 each, managed by Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ANAC. Business: Biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing novel small-molecule therapeutics.

Bitauto Holdings Limited - Beijing, China, 10.6 million American depositary shares, each representing one ordinary share, priced $10 to $12 each, managed by Citigroup and UBS. Proposed NYSE symbol BITA. Business: Provider of Internet content and marketing services for China's automotive industry.

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp. - McLean, Va., 14 million class A common shares, priced $17 to $19 each, managed by Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital. Proposed NYSE symbol BAH. Business: Provider of management and technology consulting services to the U.S. government in the defense, intelligence and civil markets.

Caesars Entertainment Corp. - Las Vegas, Nev., 31.25 million shares, priced $15 to $17 each, multi-managed by several firms. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CZR. Business: The worlds largest casino entertainment provider, as measured by net revenues and individual casinos.

General Motors Co. - Detroit, 365 million shares, priced $26 to $29 each, multi-managed by several firms. Proposed NYSE symbol GM. Business: The world's second largest automaker by volume.

LPL Investment Holdings Inc. - Boston, 15.6 million shares, priced $27 to $30 each, managed by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Proposed Nasdaq symbol LPLA. Business: Providers of an integrated platform of proprietary technology to brokerage and investment advisory services.

Lizhan Environmental Corp. - Zhejiang Province, China, 1.8 million ordinary shares, priced $5 to $6 each, managed by Maxim Group LLC. Proposed Nasdaq symbol LZEN. Business: Manufactures, distributes and markets synthetic leather and other fabrics from recycled leather waste, among other materials.

Wave2Wave Communications - Hackensack, N.J., 4.4 million shares, priced at $4 each, managed by Rodman & Renshaw and Sunrise Securities. Proposed NYSE Amex symbol WAV. Business: Telecom reseller expanding into multi-tenant 4G wireless. Failed to price in prior week when filing range was $8 to $10. Earlier filing postponed in May 2010.

Zogenix Inc. - San Diego, 6 million shares, priced $12 to $14 each, managed by Wells Fargo and Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ZGNX. Business: Pharmaceutical company commercializing and developing products for the treatment of central nervous system disorders and pain.
