- Session recording – VeriShow now affords users the ability to record all session events (excluding audio and video conversations). - Invite participants with a special session number – Session hosts, such as sales reps, can now invite participants to join a VeriShow session through a unique access number. That number is available through the 'Invite New Participants' button; participants joining a session key in the number in a designated spot on the VeriShow homepage. This feature helps to escalate inbound calls for web-based, real-time assistance.
- Telephony (Audio Conference Call) – Because Audio and Video (VoIP) capabilities of VeriShow are subjected to Internet bandwidth variations that may affect performance, VeriShow added this feature to provide participants an additional form of communication that guarantees consistency. Session hosts and participants can invite others to join a call and communicate by phone while working together in a live collaboration.
