NEW YORK and HARBIN, China, Nov. 30, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Jianye Greentech Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB:AJGH), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of alcohol-based automobile fuel and civil-use fuel in China, today announced it has appointed  Mr. Cheesing  (James) Wong as its new chief financial officer.  Mr. Wong brings over thirty years of senior financial and operational experience in manufacturing and related industries.

Mr. Haipeng Wang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are pleased to welcome James to American Jianye. He has a proven track record in senior financial and operational positions, including both private and public companies. At each of his last four companies, he helped to more than double revenues and achieve expense reductions in excess of 30%. His extensive experience with rapid growth companies, as well as his proven ability to enhance operational efficiency, will be particularly valuable as we prepare for the next phase of our growth. Specifically, we expect two major fuel production facilities to come online in 2011. In anticipation of these events we are focused on enhancing our financial and operational infrastructure. Additionally, James will be a valuable asset as we begin raising awareness of American Jianye within the U.S. capital markets and preparing for our planned listing on a national exchange in 2011."

Prior to joining American Jianye, Mr. Wong held senior executive positions at various private and public companies including executive director of a green energy products manufacturer from 2008 to 2010; general manager of a leading international provider of hardwood flooring from 2005 to 2008; and general manager of a premier global garment manufacturer from 2003 to 2005.
