(Nasdaq:CELL), a global leader in providing supply chain solutions to the wireless industry, today announced that its subsidiary Brightpoint North America L.P. ("Brightpoint") has appointed Dana Hicks and Tom Cherryhomes as Vice Presidents, Business Development of its Americas division. This strategic move is in response to Brightpoint's decision to offer its portfolio of supply chain solutions to technology companies outside of the wireless industry.

Mr. Hicks joins Brightpoint from ModusLink, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales. Prior to that, Mr. Hicks was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Arvato Services. Mr. Hicks has over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the supply chain industry and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Mr. Cherryhomes also joins Brightpoint from ModusLink where he served as Executive Director of Business Development for the company's supply chain and after market services groups. Prior to that, Mr. Cherryhomes was Executive Director for Arvato Services where he led business development efforts for the incubation services and emerging technologies groups. Mr. Cherryhomes has over 20 years of experience in identifying, qualifying, orchestrating, and closing sales transactions.
