Greg Esses, Vice President, Global Air Armament Center Programs. Mr. Esses is currently the Vice President of Air Armament Center Global Programs for Oasis and also serves as the Oasis TAMS 4 Program Manager at Eglin AFB. Mr Esses leads a team of over 150 acquisition, logistics and financial management professionals supporting Air Force Armament Programs throughout the United States and abroad. He has over 21 years experience leading Air Force weapons programs and is certified as a Level III Program Manager. Mr Esses is located at the Oasis Office in Niceville FL.

Rosemary Koch, Vice President, Finance. Ms Koch will have responsibility for managing finance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reporting and project control, and office administrative functions. She will also oversee security and facilities responsibilities. Ms Koch has over twenty-five years experience managing Corporate Financial and Administration functions. Ms Koch is located at the Oasis Home Office in Lexington MA.

David LaRochelle, Vice President, Global Electronic Systems Center Programs. Mr LaRochelle will have the primary responsibility of providing strategic planning, direction and guidance for all C2 and intelligence engineering, technical, and management services programs. His responsibilities include managing select C2ISR, Battle Management, Net-centric Operations Support, and IT programs overseeing cost, schedule and technical performance. He also leads the company's effort in engineering, technical, and management services for the C2ISR market. Mr LaRochelle has over 25 years of diversified operations and technical management experience in all phases of Air Force system development and production. Michael McElwain, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development. Mr McElwain is responsible for leading the corporation in identifying, pursuing and winning new business. He has over twenty-five years experience with Department of Defense systems research, development and acquisition. Mr McElwain joined Oasis in March 2006 and has played a significant role in more than doubling the size of the company in less than 5 years.
