WINDSOR, Conn., Dec. 14, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SS&C Technologies (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced they have signed a 10-year renewal and expansion with The Durst Organization at 675 Third Avenue in New York.
This expansion supports the growth of SS&C's fund administration, financial training and online courseware and municipal finance businesses, and its private equity fund administration services that resulted from the acquisition of Geller Investment Partnership Services (GIPS).

Colliers International represented SS&C in this transaction that more than doubles its real estate footprint in mid-town Manhattan to 51,000 square feet.
