A cross-dresser caught on video is suspected of a series of fires in San Antonio, police say.
Police told NBC station WOAI of San Antonio that in one case the man drove to the North Cross Shopping Center off Loop 410 and began vandalizing property. He then broke the windows of cars and set one on fire. The blaze spread and caused damage to a business.
The San Antonio Express-News reported on its website that in another case, surveillance cameras caught the man wearing a woman's nightie setting a vehicle on fire. The blaze spread to two other cars.
Officers say the man has been seen in other video wearing women’s lingerie and exposing himself.
