NEW YORK, Dec. 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zhong Hui Dao Ming Copper Holding Limited (Pink Sheets:ZHDMD) would like to announce that its name change and Share Split have been approved by OTC Corporate Actions.

This corporate action had taken effect in early December. The company is currently assigned the symbol of ZHDMD, and the "D" will be removed 20 business days after the effective date. 

Concurrent with the name change, the Board of directors has been changed and Lili Qu is the current Secretary and Li Tan is the current Treasurer.
