WASHINGTON, Jan. 4, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- From raw complaints to a hardy pat on the back; give the NRF whatever you've got!

The National Retail Federation (NRF) selected Mindshare Technologies to conduct the attendee/exhibitor feedback survey for their 2011 100th Annual Convention, taking place January 9-12 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York city. It will be the NRF's first time utilizing an enterprise feedback management (EFM) system to collect its convention feedback.

Mindshare's customer feedback management tools provide real-time data analysis and coaching tools to help store managers improve their operations. For the NRF's 100th Convention, Mindshare will gather and analyze the survey results following the closing ceremonies.

"The NRF believes very much in showcasing only the best when it comes to our Annual Convention and we look forward to hearing what our guests and attendees have to say," said Susan Newman, NRF Senior Vice President of Conferences. "We are thrilled to be working with Mindshare Technologies for our biggest show yet."

Mindshare was asked to perform the survey so the NRF could easily decipher its strengths and opportunities in serving nearly 18,500 attendees from across the globe during its Annual Convention. With so many attendees and exhibitors at this year's EXPO, Mindshare will get to show off its unique surveying system and its ability to reveal key drivers for improving a business's customer and employee satisfaction.

"We take pride in providing both tactical feedback to managers at the store level and also strategic information to our clients' senior executives. In this case, we'll be presenting our feedback analysis to the NRF's senior leadership and conference team," said Richard Hanks, president of Mindshare Technologies. "It will be a great opportunity for the NRF to enhance its already excellent annual event. The more an entity focuses on its customers' satisfaction, the more successful it becomes."
