A suspect has been charged in the shooting death of a businessman outside of a suburban Atlanta preschool minutes after the victim dropped off his 2-year-old son.

Dunwoody Police said Hemy Zvi Neuman, 46, is charged with murder in the Nov. 18 killing of 36-year-old Russell Sneiderman.

Police refused to release more details about the killing or the relationship between the men because the investigation is ongoing.

"We still have detectives actively working this case," Sgt. Mike Carlson told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Neuman's family could not immediately be reached for comment and it's unknown if he has an attorney.

Authorities said Sneiderman was approached by a gunman and shot several times in the parking lot of Dunwoody Prep Preschool. They say the gunman then fled the scene in a silver minivan.

Sneiderman was chief operating officer of a company that manages and franchises day care centers. He also earned a MBA from Harvard, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
