(OTCBB:SLMU) today announced that NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. of Toronto, Ontario has executed an agreement to provide Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc. ("SPFM") with financial advisory and investment banking services with the aim of identifying corporate financing sources. The term of the agreement is the earlier of the date a Financing is completed and June 30, 2011.
