As the protests in Egypt continue to gain momentum, NBC's chief foreign correspondent responded to questions about what to expect next. 

Protesters converged on Cairo's Tahrir, or Liberation, Square in droves Tuesday, responding to a call for a million Egyptians to unite in the largest protest in a week of unceasing demands for President Hosni Mubarak to leave after nearly 30 years in power.

Richard Engel, NBC News' Chief Correspondent, lived in Cairo for about four years at the start of his career and is fluent in Arabic. He's been back in Cairo since the protests began gathering momentum last week.
