Maribeth joined the firm as an associate in the Entertainment and Media Litigation department of the Los Angeles office.

Ms. Annaguey's practice involves Talent Agencies Act disputes and matters involving breach of contract, copyright infringement, defamation, rights of publicity and trade secret misappropriation. She has experience in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts, including discovery, law and motion, trial, post-trial law and motion, and enforcement of judgments. She has successfully obtained retractions from media outlets and other pre-litigation confidential settlements for her clients. She has also represented clients before the California Labor Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and arbitral tribunals in California and Texas.
Ms. Annaguey practiced in these areas with Stanton "Larry" Stein prior to joining Liner together, two years ago. She received her J.D. from University of Southern California (2003) and her B.A. from University of California, Berkeley (1999).
