Prosecutors have filed a felony assault charge against a woman accused of biting the lower lip off another woman at a nightclub in this city in eastern Washington.

      Philip Seymour Hoffman withdrew a total of $1,200 from an ATM at a supermarket near his New York City apartment the night before he was found lifeless in his bathroom with a syringe still in his left arm, sources told NBC News.

Kaycee Mae Gonzales, 37, was arraigned Monday for the Jan. 23 attack at Jack-Sons Sports Bar, the Yakima Herald-Republic reported.

The victim told police she was in the back of the bar when Gonzales, whom she knew, attacked her without warning.

Police said the woman was missing a "large section" of her lower lip and that the injury was "consistent with teeth marks."
