    BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Another piece of news today from Capitol Hill , one of the nation's top security officials told Congress today Osama bin Laden is no longer the biggest threat to the US homeland. The man in charge of the National Counterterrorism Center says he worries most about a man named Anwar al-Awlaki , an Islamic cleric born in New Mexico , now a leading figure in al-Qaeda in Yemen . At that same hearing, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said again today that in some ways, as she put it, the terror threat may be at its most heightened state since the attacks nearly 10 years ago on 9/11.
