A Las Vegas company says it plans to launch a Sin City-themed charter air carrier linking Las Vegas and New York City.
The Las Vegas Sun reported Monday that LV Air plans to fly four nonstop flights a day from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.
LV Air's top executive, Sean Smith, says he hopes the company can begin flying by August.
The airline promises in-flight meals prepared by Las Vegas chefs and fully reclining flatbed seats designed by casino companies in the first-class cabin.
Recorded holographic images of Las Vegas celebrities will give onboard safety briefings.
