John A. Mattera's challenge called on current board members to raise $10,000 for the upcoming Red Cross Runway Fashion Show. If they accomplished this, John Mattera promised to match up to $10,000 of their efforts with his own money. The board successfully raised $12,000, bringing the grand total of money raised to over $22,000.
