Super Rad Comments on Stock Quotation

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 24, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FBC Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:FBCD), soon to be Super Rad Industries, will no longer be dually quoted. Due to Rule 15c211, if a market maker fails to quote the security, specifically on the OTCBB, for a period of four days the company is automatically delisted and quoted by OTC Markets. The delisting is not due to any delinquency in required filings, additionally the company has no control over where market makers choose to quote the shares of the company. "In many cases it makes financial sense for market makers to quote the shares on OTC Markets rather than in the OTCBB, the cost difference is substantial, and if a market maker has a market in several securities those costs add up," said Christopher LeClerc. "No matter where this company is quoted we will remain fully reporting, transparency is key to building shareholder trust and confidence; furthermore our outlook remains extremely positive and we are really excited given recent corporate developments and are looking forward to revealing several projects at the Comic Con show in San Diego," said LeClerc.
