MELVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 28, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), the largest anesthesia management company in the United States, is proud to announce the release of a whitepaper that provides hospital executives and administrators a framework for developing and transitioning to an anesthesia department that is aligned with the mission of the organization.
