ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 28, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EyeCity.com Inc. (Pink Sheets:ICTY) would like to update the shareholders on the status of the Pink Sheet attorney letter and its business acquisitions.

The attorney letter required to enable ICTY to be "current information" has been delayed due to circumstances beyond the company's control. Counsel for the company has regrettably decided not to represent any company on the Pink Sheets. We have been actively seeking new counsel to assist us in moving forward. Once counsel is retained the process should be completed quickly as the company has all the required documentation. The company will further update the shareholders when the process has been completed.

As previously stated EyeCity is seeking a merger candidate that will enhance our business as well as the company's balance sheet. Management has interviewed many candidates, but none management would consider an immediate solution.

Bradley Wilson, CEO, stated "Management apologizes for the delays in getting the company current with Pink Sheets. We are all working diligently to achieve the goals we have set forth. We will not succumb to the business practices of the past. Our objective is to find a merger candidate with a strong balance sheet, a strong synergy with our business plan and one that will not lead us to further dilution."
