TEL AVIV, Israel, March 1, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Top Image Systems™ (TIS™), Ltd. (Nasdaq:TISA) (TASE:TISA), the leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions provider, today announced that Nemo Personal Finance, part of the Principality Building Society, has extended its use of eFLOW™ within the business to incorporate a wider range of document types to help it further improve document security. Nemo Personal Finance provides secured loans for UK homeowners with an existing mortgage.

Nemo Personal Finance originally selected TIS's eFLOW digital mailroom solution following a re-evaluation of products available in the market. eFLOW replaced a competing solution already in use by Nemo for the capture element, and the TIS professional service team also helped Nemo upgrade and migrate data from their existing MS SharePoint 2003 installation to a new configuration running MS SharePoint 2007 as part of Nemo's ongoing strategy.

Nemo currently uses TIS's eFLOW platform to process client documents into their Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 repository. Classification of the documents is performed based on status and sensitivity of customer records to establish the library destinations within SharePoint.

Nemo has decided to extend the use of TIS's eFLOW digital mailroom solution to automatically process additional client documents pertaining to other business units, so to assist in meeting business regulations and integrate with their correspondence workflow.

Rhodri Evans, Head of Business Systems for Nemo, said, "Nemo's decision to expand the use of eFLOW within the company demonstrates our strategic intent to develop the mailroom classification solution. Migrating to eFLOW was not purely a technology based decision. TIS have a strong team in the UK that understands our needs and is willing to work with us on a pragmatic but commercially sound basis. The TIS professional services team worked with our business users and our IT team to develop a solution that has provided us with the foundations to develop our business processes further. Through the expansion we are confident that Nemo will gain from significant process improvements, enhanced information security and cost savings."

Barry Richards, TIS UK Managing Director, commented, "We have a long standing relationship spanning several years with Nemo and we are pleased to be involved with this latest enhancement. The project typifies the use of eFLOW technology as a tool to streamline delivery and audit customer related transactions into the appropriate business areas for further processing by skilled knowledge workers."
