SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 2, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Encore Brands (OTCBB:ENCB) has signed an agreement with Worldwide Beverage Imports LLC to provide broker, sales and marketing services for select imported tequilas including Ed Hardy and Agave 99, among others.
By utilizing its network of sales associates and industry relationships Encore will assist Worldwide Beverage in its efforts to build brands in the U.S. and abroad.
Initially, Worldwide's unique premium brands will be marketed in states where they do not currently have a presence and be given the same attention as other brands currently managed by Encore.
With Encore's focus on unique premium brands, WBI's tequilas fit well within the company's marketing aperture.
This agreement marks another step in defining the demographic focus of Encore's marketing efforts and the types of brands the company will be working with, developing and acquiring.
