(Nasdaq:TFM) (the "Company"), a high-growth specialty retailer of high-quality food products, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission ( the "SEC") for a proposed secondary public offering of its common stock. The shares of common stock to be sold in the offering are expected to be offered by certain of its stockholders. The selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the offering. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
