(NYSE:HII), holds a ceremonial HII stock certificate Thursday morning on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. HII, America's largest military shipbuilder, separated from Northrop Grumman Corp. today in a spinoff and has begun operating as a new, independent and publicly traded company.
