BUFFALO, N.Y., March 31, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Federal Reserve Board today approved the merger of NewAlliance Bancshares, Inc. (NYSE:NAL) into First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:FNFG).
