BETHESDA, Md., April 1, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EagleBank today announced that Martha Foulon-Tonat has transitioned from the position of Chief Lending Officer. Ms. Foulon-Tonat will continue to serve as an Executive Vice President of the Bank and will assume new duties within the Bank.

Robert R. Hoffmann, Executive Vice President, has been named Interim Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Hoffmann, who currently is the Chief Administrative Lending Officer, has been with EagleBank since 2003, and previously managed the Bank's Commercial and Industrial Lending Units.
