(Pink Sheets:CPWY), an alternative and renewable energy solutions company, has contracted with ESA Renewables, LLC for the turnkey design, installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. ESA Renewables, a Florida-based developer of solar PV systems, owns and operates a portfolio of 375 solar PV generating facilities in the United States, Puerto Rico, Spain and Italy. The new venture includes numerous projects ranging from 200kw to 10Mw.
