BOCA RATON, Fla., April 8, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Juniper Group (OTCBB:JUNP) announced today that its wholly-owned telecommunications subsidiary is in discussions with one of the nation's leading providers of entertainment, information and communication products and services. In addition they also provide local and global development, production and distribution of entertainment, news and sports to provide support for new education-based initiatives in the Mid Atlantic market.

Juniper would provide the ongoing transition from analog to digital transmissions of media, and upgrades in deployment of wideband technology and 4G services. These discussions are in addition to negotiations in process to provide similar services to other cable giants in the area.
