NEW YORK, April 12, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pomerantz Haudek Grossman & Gross LLP is investigating potential claims on behalf of investors of National Semiconductor Corporation ("National Semiconductor" or the "Company") (NYSE:NSM) concerning the proposed acquisition of NSM by Texas Instruments.
