Authorities say the suspect in Saturday's quadruple slaying in southern Ohio was killed during a shooting in Columbus. Three police officers were injured.
Columbus police Sgt. Rich Weiner told The Columbus Dispatch that one of the officers had serious but not life-threatening injuries, and the other two likely would released from the hospital later Saturday.
The newspaper said the suspect's body and several weapons were on the porch of a Columbus home.
A sheriff's dispatcher in Adams County said deputies were investigating a quadruple slaying Saturday afternoon but he could not release further information.
Weiner says police didn't know about the suspect's link to the other killings when the shootout occurred.
