(Nasdaq:RNIN), a Minneapolis-based digital signage provider, announced it will host its annual meeting of shareholders at its headquarters located at 5929 Baker Road, Suite 475, Minnetonka, MN on June 9, 2011 at 3:30 PM CT.
Between 2:30 and 3:30 PM, the Company will conduct optional tours of the Company's headquarters. At 3:30 PM, President and CEO Scott Koller will call the meeting to order and commence the business portion of the meeting. Thereafter, the company will present an overview of fiscal 2010 and an update on the Company's strategic direction. The Company will provide a live audio and video webcast on the Company's website, .
