(NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per ordinary share and $0.484375 per share payable on its 7.75% Non-Cumulative Preferred Shares, Series A. The dividend on Endurance's outstanding ordinary shares will be payable on June 30, 2011 to the ordinary shareholders of record on June 16, 2011 and the dividend on Endurance's Series A Preferred Shares will be payable on June 15, 2011 to the Series A Preferred shareholders of record on June 1, 2011.
