TEL AVIV, Israel, May 24, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Top Image Systems Ltd. (TIS) (Nasdaq:TISA), leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions provider, today announced it was presented with the 2011 ECM Award for Profitability by consulting firm Pentadoc. Top Image Systems was selected for the award for implementing a mailroom processing solution based on its eFLOW™ platform at the Austrian Generali Group, allowing the company to digitally capture and process up to 60 million pages per year.

Top Image Systems received the award from a panel of independent experts from academia and the private sector on May 17th, 2011 during the ECM Day 2011 at the Schonbrunn Castle Conference Center in Vienna. The selection was based on the superior technology, flexibility and scalability of TIS's eFLOW Platform in comparison to several strong competitors. The TIS mailroom processing solution is specifically tailored to enable Generali to streamline its business processes and significantly improve the quality of service for both its customers and partners. The panel highlighted the enormous cost saving potential of eFLOW as a factor in its decision.
