Mr. Lay is a long-time restaurant entrepreneur with Jack-in-the Box and Golden Corral stores in Arizona and New Mexico. Don moved to Lake Havasu City in 1980 from San Diego, CA. He purchased the local Jack-in-the-Box in 1982. His business is a member of the Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce.
