MAITLAND, Fla., May 26, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Men's Medical Corporation (OTCBB:EMDHE) announced today that Saddleworth Ventures, LLC has acquired the companies as described herein. Men's Medical signed a LOI, for the purchase of 100% of the following assets from Saddleworth, subject to financial audits and the delivery of the preferred shares issued as a result of the closing between Men's Medical Corporation and Emerging Media Holdings Inc:

Elite Professional IP Licensing Co.—License holder of the Boston Medical Group's name trademark, patents and license rights for the U.S.

Sound Management Group LLC—The operating entity for all of the services offered under the license, including two clinics in Arizona and Florida scheduled to open within the next 4 weeks.

Regional Professional Alliance Inc.—The entity managed by the Medical Directors and staff who will oversee the physicians and medical protocol for the Boston Medical Group clinics.  

Acquisition—Men's Medical Corporation will, after closing, hold a license for the use of certain proprietary, personalized treatment processes for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation known as The Boston Method in the United States together with other protected marks, trade names and patents associated with men's health and lifestyle management. Upon consummation of the transaction, Men's Medical Corporation intends to roll out development of strategic alliances with Physicians nationwide to offer a full range of men's health and lifestyle services incorporating the intellectual property.

The licensed rights to be utilized by Men's Medical Corporation include but will not be limited to those licensed to other third party licensees to the Boston Medical brand of products and services. The contemplated transaction does not relate in any way to the business activity of North American Men's Health, Inc, ("NAMH"). NAMH is a third party, independent licensee to the Boston Medical brands established in 2002, operating Boston Medical Group clinics, in the United States.
