Under the terms of the agreement, BGG has agreed to purchase 17,500,000 shares of Restricted Class A Common Stock Equity, with incentives, if exercised, that would give BGG up to 21,675,000 shares.

To date, Attune RTD has received $1,243,750. Full funding is expected to be completed by August 29th, 2011.
