ATLANTA, June 7, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Karen Trilevsky, Sarah Shaw and Susan Nethero told a crowd of aspiring women owners how they too can build multi-million dollar businesses during the first of three Spring Into Ownership Events this year. The series kicked off last week in Los Angeles by LittlePINKBook : America's No. 1 digital platform for career women.

"Fail fast and move on," advised Trilevsky, who has come quite a ways from sleeping on bags of flour in a borrowed kitchen. Today, her FullBloom Baking Company exceeds $50 million in annual revenue.

Nethero, who just opened her 16th Intimacy lingerie boutique and hit $43 million in yearly revenue, advised, "Have someone who believes in you."

"File your trademark under your own name so investors can't take it,"

said Shaw, who learned that lesson firsthand when she lost financing for her handbag empire after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Up next? LittlePINKBook's Atlanta event, which expects 450 women at the Cobb Galleria on June 13th, followed by another rock star panel of women owners in NYC on June 17th. National sponsors like Porsche, Servcorp and Smirnoff Premium Malt Mixed Drinks and city sponsors like Microsoft, FedEx and Jackson Lewis LLP make these programs possible.

"These women owners are impressive role models from whom all ambitious women can learn much about success and courage to do what you love," said LittlePINKBook CEO Cynthia Good. She notes that just 1.8% of women-owned companies exceed $1 million in annual revenue. "So, these are the rainmakers paving the way for other women," Good said.

The event series is raising dollars for The Global Medical Relief Fund, and LittlePINKBook's exclusive profile on the woman who founded the nonprofit runs next month.

America's most influential executive women will be sharing success secrets at lunch panels at PINK's 7th annual Fall Empowerment Series in Atlanta on Nov. 10th and at NYC's Setai Fifth Avenue Hotel on Nov. 17th.
