HOLLYWOOD, Fla. and MIAMI, June 14, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HEICO CORPORATION (NYSE:HEI.A) (NYSE:HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.06 per share payable on both classes of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 20, 2011 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2011.

The cash dividend represents a 25% increase over the prior semi-annual per share amount of $.048 (as adjusted for the Company's 5 for 4 stock split distributed April 2011) and is HEICO's 66th consecutive semi-annual cash dividend since 1979.
