FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF GT SOLAR INTERNATIONAL, INC.'S IPO REGISTRATION STATEMENT, THROUGH AND INCLUDING JULY 24, 2008, OR WHO PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED THE COMMON STOCK OF GT SOLAR INTERNATIONAL, INC.
