BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor:And look what else the drought in
Texas
has done. Officials in
Nacogdoches
have located a piece of the
shuttle Columbia
; which, remember, blew up on re-entry over
Texas
back in
2003
. This was found caked with mud in a lakebed where the water dried up around it. It's about four feet in diameter. Someone guessed it could be a part of the shuttle and only that, and they were correct. They sent photographs to
NASA
for confirmation and retrieval.
